What do I use to write with?
A- We send a dry erase marker with every order.
How do I clean off the marker residue?
A- Soap and water with a light scrubbing will clean off most residue. After extended use, white vinegar will restore the bands back to new.
Are they dishwasher safe?
A- Yes absolutely. A note about using the dishwasher, heat from the dishwasher may cause writing to become permanent. We recommend erasing any information you may not want to be permanent.
How can I permanently write on the bands?
A- Using any ballpoint pen, write on the bands and submerge in boiling water for at least 30 seconds. We have a video on how to do this, so check it out. Please do not use a ballpoint pen daily, when you reheat a bottle, the pen will not come off.
